RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, including all tags and packaging.

Please contact us in advance to register your return via the website or retour@Safe2use.be.

The costs for return shipping are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account depending on the processing time of your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

Custom made products and personalized items are not returnable unless there are defects or errors on our part.

Items that are used, damaged or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
